Beginning your journey with BEING ABLE is as easy as completing a referral form. We take referrals for NDIS, Home Care Package, Private, and TAC clients. The form provides us with important information on your – or your client’s – goals and needs. This information is important because it helps us to allocate the most suitable therapist in your location.

Cancellation Policy

  • Clients will incur the minimum stated service charge where any service is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
  • Travel may be included in this charge where the therapist has travelled to the appointment and the client is not available. 
  • Where clients cancel prior to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment on the day prior to the scheduled appointment no cancellation fee will be charged.
