Beginning your journey with BEING ABLE is as easy as completing a referral form. We take referrals for NDIS, Home Care Package, Private, and TAC clients. The form provides us with important information on your – or your client’s – goals and needs. This information is important because it helps us to allocate the most suitable therapist in your location.

Hourly Rate

  • The Hourly rate for OT services is $180. Minimum session times apply. Please review confirmation email regarding hours required for requested assessment.
  • Driving Assessments consist of an Off Road (written assessment) and an On Road (practical assessment). Cost for both Off road and On Road assessments are up to $340. 

Cancellation Policy

  • Short notice cancellation is applicable where you do not provide at least two (2) clear business days’ cancellation notice for your agreed therapy service. The therapist may charge up to 100% of the expected service costs (for the assessment and travel time). 

Report

  • Please note that the report will be sent to you once we receive full payment. We offer up to two opportunities to make reasonable edits to the report.
