Referrals

Beginning your journey with BEING ABLE is as easy as completing a referral form. We take referrals for NDIS, Home Care Package, Private, and TAC clients. The form provides us with important information on your – or your client’s – goals and needs. This information is important because it helps us to allocate the most suitable therapist in your location.

OT Service Fees

We will invoice for the OT service and travel (as applicable) in accordance with the TAC price guide.

Cancellation Policy

Short notice cancellation is applicable where you do not provide at least two (2) clear business days’ cancellation notice for your agreed therapy service. The therapist may charge up to 100% of the expected service costs (for the assessment and travel time).
